I have been using this app for many years with no problem. And now it wont open! What happened?

PLEASE fix this! App wont load after update

The fact that the app which I was relying on for several months now doesnt open is disappointing. Please fix this quickly.

Love spark people in- use it everyday, did update today and now app wont work. Ugh! Wish web developers would check updates before they roll out supposed fixes.

To start off with, yes I too uploaded the latest version and right off the bat it would not load. I done several things before I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. It works just like it did before the update. I was able to sign in fortunately on my mobile app. I like that I can input my meals and exercise on my phone. I do wish the food (groups) was available on the mobile app. I can tell when the wedsite is very busy because it is slow when I am putting in my meal data. I like this app very much though.

Since update cant use mobile app.

I cant track anything. Since update, it will not even allow me to get in. Keeps crashing or loading, then exits itself out.

Ever since the latest update (May, 2, 2016) I have been unable to input anything. Attempt to move to another pet of the app and it closes.

Since the update, the app wont open on my phone. It acts like its going to and then closes. Worked great before the update. Please fix since I am not always near a computer!!

I just uploaded this new version. It is awesome. I can keep track of my calories and fitness on the go. Very user friendly!

I had the same update problem. I tried to open it, it showed me the home screen and crashes. I love this app until this. I deleted the app and re-installed it and it works fine now! Hope this helps!

May 1,2016 app worked fine on my updated iPhone 6+ but now may 3,2016 app will not open on my updated iPhone 6+ . I love this app but hate updates. Btw why are All nicknames either taken or needs to be less than 30 letters annoying! Just update please.

I rely on this app to track my food, but since the last upgrade, I continue to get notifications to remind me to track my food, but I cant open it or clear the notifications. Im going to delete the app until it gets fixed, because seeing the big red notification with the growing number, and not being able to clear it is kind of annoying to this ocd girl.

Now I cannot open this app! Please fix this new update! I went to track dinner and when I try to open the app it just stays on one screen and closes!

Something buggy in the update. Program continually crashes even after restarting the phone.

New version needs quick fix. It wont load. Who tests these things?
